An adjusting pad with two adjusting screw holes can be prepared for the anchor to adjust the level of the entire chiller, and the additional gap is filled with concrete mortar after adjustment. After the mortar is dry and cured, the adjustment bolt can be removed and the positioning bolt can be released, and fixing measures will be taken for the water chiller.
Installation of water pipe of water-cooled chiller: It is mainly the external water pipe of the evaporator and condenser. If it is a double return water pipe, it is arranged on the same side; If it is a single return or three-way water path, it is arranged on both sides. The water inlet and outlet of the condenser and evaporator of the water-cooled chiller are both the lower inlet and the upper outlet. Attention: The water will be transported from the cooling tower to the chiller, from the chiller to the cooling equipment through a water pump, so the installation of the water pipe should follow the installation diagram provided by the chiller manufacturer.
Cleaning the Water Cooling Chiller Water Pipe: After installing the water pipe in the unit, the entire water system should be tested for leakage. After the leak test is qualified, the water pipe can be cleaned. When cleaning the water pipe, first confirm whether the water pump is placed in the right direction, and open all the inlet and outlet pipeline valves, the pipeline is filled with water, start the cold water pump and the cold water pump, operation Turn off the water pump, drain all water cooled chiller installation, and clean the water pump filter.
Thermal insulation of water-cooled chillers: When the temperature in the unit system is lower than the ambient temperature, the cooling capacity will be lost. To reduce this loss, Dongyujin suggests that low-temperature parts of equipment and pipelines should be coated with a layer of thermal insulation material. After the water-cooled chiller is installed and the system pressure test is carried out, the evaporator shell or evaporator water tank, compressor inlet pipe, return water pipe, etc. shall be insulated.
